Peripheral Building Bureaucracy: Modernism, Regionalism and Architecture in the South of Portugal, 1925-1965
Next Tuesday, 10 March 2015, Ricardo Agarez, who currently resides at our Department as a FWO Pegasus Marie Curie Fellow, will give a lecture entitled “Peripheral Building Bureaucracy: Modernism, Regionalism and Architecture in the South of Portugal, 1925-1965”. In his lecture Ricardo Agarez will discuss his current book project, that is building on the doctoral dissertation he defended in 2013 at the Bartlett School for Architecture, London under the supervision of prof. Adrian Forty.
The lecture is part of a series ‘The Architecture of Bureaucracy/The Bureaucracy of Architecture’ curated by Johan Lagae and Jens Vandemaele.
